Shipping and Returns
- Free UPS ground shipping to 48 continental states.
- UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address.
- Estimated delivery time 5-7 days.
- Free USPS shipping to Hawaii.
- 2 business-day Express Shipping: $35
- Orders made after Thursday 3PM EST will be shipped the following Monday.
- Express shipping counts from the day the order leaves the facility.

Orders are processed after payment authorization is complete.
- Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Returns must be shipped within 14 days of original receipt.
- Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- At this time, we do not accept returns from outside the US.
- All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
When shipping a return to us, please follow these guidelines:
- Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Packaging may include hangers, plastic wrap, boxes, and dust bags.
- You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We will then send you an rma document to be included in your package with a return-shipping label and instructions.
Once your item has been processed and approved we’ll refund your credit card in full.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Your bank and credit card company may take some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
At this time, we do not process exchanges. If you like the item but need a different size or color, simply order the item in the desired size or color and return the original purchase (see RETURNS section above).
Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped to New York State.
- We are happy to offer international shipping to the following countries: France.
- At this time, we do not accept returns for international orders.
- USPS international shipping flat rate of $35.
- Please note that packaging will be simplified in order to keep shipping rate reasonable.
- All applicable French taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- Taxes and duties will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

- In the event you refuse your package, all charges related to the refused order will be the responsibility of the customer (the party ordering the goods).
